Comprehensive training introduces leading agile and lean approaches like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe® and more that frees you from any single agile framework and opens your options.
Teams that embrace an agile mindset possess the ability to rapidly adapt to customer feedback and market and environmental changes in productive and swift ways. Understanding agile and lean principles empower them to ensure their way of working is fit for purpose. This boot camp brings fundamentals to life.
