Disciplined Agile (DA) is a toolkit that enables us to make better decisions inside our organizations and enables optimization of agile teams by choosing our own way of working.
As a team leader you strive to be more agile and help your team be more productive. To succeed, you need an agile mindset, combined with leadership and team management skills. At the same time need to do so within the context of your organization and its culture.
DASSM Course Curriculum
Position yourself to successfully lead an agile team (or multiple teams) and effectively take on more complex and key initiatives for your organization. Adopt an agile mindset as well as being able to tailor and scale any agile or lean approach using the Disciplined Agile tool kit to choose your way of working (WoW).
Instructor: Aldo Rall
Aldo Rall is-Co-Founder of Novavi Limited and is an experienced IT practitioner and consultant with a deep background in delivering valuable solutions to customers. He is certified across a range of agile and IT skills, including the Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications; Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC) and DASM/DASSM/DAVSC Instructor. He holds a Master’s degree in Management. Aldo has mastered the practical elements of developing working solutions across a range of titles, assignments, projects, organizations, industries and countries (both in and outside the IT domain).
Workshop Logistics
Video Conferencing
Zoom video conferencing with real-time messaging and content sharing will be used. Workshop exercises will use a virtual collaboration platform.
Dates of the workshop are June 21-22-23-24.
Workshop days will begin at 3:00 pm and finish at 7:00 pm AEST (Sydney) time.
Please note – The delivery time will be 1:00 am ET and finish no later than 5:00 am ET Time.
Good to Know
An email from admin will be sent before the course that contains the schedule, student access to workshop materials and PDF’s and the link to the Zoom meeting. The email address that will be used is training@processmentors.com. You may need to check your spam folder or if you use rules to direct your incoming mail to specific folders.
*Tickets are non-refundable if the registrant cancels, however they are fully transferable to another attendee.
We require a minimum of registrations for this workshop. If the minimum number is not met, the workshop will be cancelled. Registrants will be contacted and registrations will be offered to be moved to the next scheduled workshop or registrant will receive a refund.
