This episode is the second session in a 12-part series covering Disciplined Agile’s Value Stream Management. Each episode contains ten minutes or less of presented content and five-ten minutes of Q&A as needed.
In episode 2 Joshua Barnes will introduce what he feels is one of the most important additions to Disciplined Agile, the minimum business increment, or MBI. The focus will be on the MBI in the Development Value Stream and a significant problem it can solve.
