The Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant course teaches you how to use value stream management to create a tailored approach for any organization to accelerate delivery of value to their customers. It provides a combination of Lean, Flow, Theory of Constraints and Organizational Development theories and practices. The course integrates with the Disciplined Agile tool kit to provide those practices that will be most effective for where it is applied, whether it be a new Agile transition or continuing a stagnated SAFe or Spotify one.
Al will present 3 one-hour sessions after the days training for this DAVSC workshop he is co-delivering. Each extra hour session starts with a 15-minute Q&A followed by a 45-minute presentation.

2-Understanding of what’s good about SAFe & what’s needed to improve it. This can be used to improve SAFe or to compete against it
3-An exercise on using Minimum Business Increments (a powerful concept provided in the DAVSC) using a Miro board that you get to keep & use w/your clients
The sessions are done on a Miro board which is given to attendees so they can continue the learning with their associates and/or clients.
