DASM Course Curriculum
Begin your agile journey learning multiple agile approaches; understand how to use the Disciplined Agile tool kit and find your way of working (WoW). Comprehensive training introduces leading agile and lean approaches like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe® and more that frees you from any single agile framework and opens your options.
Instructor: Glen Little
Glen is a Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC), a Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC) and a DASM/DASSM/DAVSC/DAC Instructor. He actively and consistently helped evolve the DA toolkit since 2013. Additionally, he contributed new ideas and strategies to extend DA, developed DA courseware, and provided updates based on training and coaching experience. He used the DA tool kit as both DA Coach and Instructor to transform enterprises to DA DevOps.
Course Logistics
Video Conferencing
Zoom video conferencing with real-time messaging and content sharing will be used. Class exercises will use a virtual collaboration platform.
The class day will begin at 9:00 am and finish no later than 5:00 pm ET Time (Eastern Time UTC-4 ).
Good to Know
An email from the admin will be sent before the course that contains the schedule, access to student materials, and link to the Zoom meeting. The email address that will be used is training@processmentors.com. You may need to check your spam folder or if you use rules to direct your incoming mail to specific folders.
*Tickets are non-refundable if the registrant cancels, however they are fully transferable to another attendee.
We require a minimum of registrations for this workshop. If the minimum number is not met, the workshop will be cancelled. Registrants will be contacted and registrations will be offered to be moved to the next scheduled workshop or the registrant will receive a refund.
