Joshua presented at the Agile Symposium 2023 on the topic “Does your mindset improve the flow of value delivered to customers?”
Delivering value continues to increase in complexity and is more digital than ever. Your mindset and the mental model shared across your team, your value stream, and your organization are imperative for success in delivering value to customers. This session looks at examples of observed mindsets and how they need to change.
Many who attended heard insights from the panel of experts at Session 1: Empowering the Self: Agile Mindsets and Individual Growth where they explored how personal agility extends beyond mere methodology and enters the realm of mindset. Participants will gain insights into how to foster resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning in their professional and personal lives. Discover tools and strategies to align personal values with Agile principles, promoting self-growth and enhanced performance.
Session 3 was live virtually on Zoom and also live at the Oxford Scholar Hotel in Melbourne. A person networking followed the live event at the same venue.
