Led by thought leads Joshua Barnes and Al Shalloway, Success Mentors integrates cutting-edge methods with established methods to provide the best approach for you.

In the opening episode of this new series, Joshua and Al discuss the five areas that need general improvement in the Agile Space. These include:

  1. The role of the Agile coach.
  2. Why the theories of value stream management, Lean, and constraint management are so critical to accelerated learning and success.
  3.  The need for incremental training in the workplace.
  4. Why being purposefully incomplete puts a huge burden on teams.
  5. The value of a workplace support system after training.

While only a minute or so will be given to each topic, they will point to a 5-10 minute podcast or video going into more depth. We hope you’ll join us live so we can answer questions. The presentation is only 10 minutes long, but we’ll take 10 more minutes for a quick Q&A.
