This episode is the seventh session in a 12-part series covering Disciplined Agile’s Value Stream Management. Each episode contains ten minutes or less of presented content and five-ten minutes of Q&A as needed.
Joshua Barnes highlighted some of the roles for value stream management. Some of the roles will most likely be new to many organizations. However, some existing roles will need to evolve and take on some additional activities.
