Practical 2-day immersive and interactive boot camp covers Agile and Lean principles, practices, and techniques. Its focus is on anyone seeking to expand their knowledge about agile ways of working, including Iterative/Scrum and Lean/Kanban. The learnings are not just for software development; the course will also demonstrate non-software development’s applicability.

Learners will find a balance between courseware content and collaborative exercises, spending a significant portion of the boot camp, applying the learnings in a working simulation filled with activities. Exercises are within a virtual collaboration canvas, and attendees receive a pdf of the outputs as a takeaway.

Disciplined Agile Scrum Master is a nine-lesson, instructor-led course that shows you how to use Disciplined Agile (DA) to improve your team’s way of working. In just two days, you’ll become familiar with foundational agile and lean practices that DA supports, practice using the tool kit to solve problems, and learn how to build high-performance teams.

Filled with activities, animations, supplemental reading, and more, this course will prepare you to take the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) exam and, equally important, start using Disciplined Agile immediately.

Joshua Barnes is the Founder of Process Mentors, Inc, a PMI Disciplined Agile Partner. Our core focus is training, assessments and coaching services. Joshua is a Certified Disciplined Agile Instructor (CDAI) as well as Certified Disciplined Agile Coach (CDAC) and 1 of 8 people in the world, selected to train other PMI Disciplined Agile Instructors (DAIT). He is a recognized leader in virtual training and coaching and has trained thousands of people, in both co-located as well as virtual live formats on their Disciplined Agile journey. Workshop Logistics

Video Conferencing: Zoom video conferencing with real-time messaging and content sharing will be used. Workshop exercises will use a virtual collaboration platform.

Workshop day will begin at 9:00 am and finish no later than 5:15 pm ET Time

Please Note: An email from admin will be sent before the course that contains the schedule, student access to workshop materials and PDF’s and the link to the Zoom meeting. The email address that will be used is training@processmentors.com.You may need to check your spam folder or if you use rules to direct your incoming mail to specific folders.

*Tickets are non-refundable if the registrant cancels, however they are fully transferable to another attendee.

We require a minimum of 4 registrations for this workshop. If the minimum number is not met, the workshop will be cancelled. Registrants will be contacted and registrations will be offered to be moved to the next scheduled workshop or registrant will receive a refund.
