In this 20-minute live stream, Curtis Hibbs, PMI Agile Thought Leader & Disciplined Agile Team Member, and Joshua Barnes discuss the first new Disciplined Agile workshop in quite some time.
The approach of the DA for Teams workshop is very different; it is designed for a team to attend vs. a public enrollment course. The value proposition is also very different; attendees focus on their way of working, not a generic case study. The workshop is facilitated by Disciplined Agile Consultants, the DA community’s most experienced coaches and instructors.
Successful project execution and value creation always need engaged leadership and a well-equipped team. This workshop teaches delivery teams how to assess their way of working and identify impediments and improvement opportunities. By the end of this one-day workshop, attendees will identify where to improve, practices & techniques to implement, and build an improvement backlog to manage and measure change.
Attendees will also understand how to benefit from the DA Browser. They will explore various options for better decision making.
