The Increment Delivery Chain is a set of agentic skills built on Anthropic’s Claude that operate the Delivery OS rather than answer questions about it. Today the chain spans fifteen skills, every one of them built, used in production, and refined through many revisions: versioned, changelogged, improved by every cycle they run.
Together they carry work from the front door to the confirmed outcome, and every one of them runs on the written methodology, the live portfolio, and your organization’s own context, never on generic knowledge.

The Chain defines the work
From a strategic objective to an approval-ready initiative, through discovery to a real Definition of Ready, into features with testable acceptance criteria, sized stories imported directly into Linear, and an implementation forecast expressed as a range with stated confidence. Each skill’s output is the next one’s input, and corrections flow back up the hierarchy, so it stays true as it deepens.
The Rhythm operates the quarter
Monthly backlog ordering backed by cost-of-delay evidence and real aging verdicts. A roadmap rendered live from the same records the backlog orders, never assembled slides, never uniform certainty. And the quarterly Value Delivery Planning event run end to end: simulation ahead of it, decision-forcing facilitation through it, a committed plan with a documented trade-off log out of it, and a confidence check that can fail. The portfolio side of the Rhythm keeps the backlog ordered on evidence rather than influence.
The Watch reads every morning
An exception-based daily read of the live portfolio: quiet when things are healthy, specific when they are not, evidence cited, owner named, next step drafted. It compares the board’s claims against delivery reality daily, and it writes to nothing, ever.
And standing with it is the Bridge: the live command view for executive leadership and their reports, the whole flow current as of this morning, every initiative, every commitment, every outcome, with the reasoning behind each position one question away. Leadership stops requesting the picture and waiting for it to be assembled; the picture is simply there, and it is never quietly out of date.
The people funding the outcomes get the same system.
Four business-side skills complete the loop, built, used, and proven like everything else in the chain. The Door brings ideas in evaluation-ready: the problem, the intended result, the value case, before anything consumes delivery capacity. The Voice captures expert knowledge where delivery teams use it and restates the work in business language while it can still change. The Window gives every business line a live read of its work in process, its committed plan, and the reasoning behind the order.
And the Proof closes the loop: after delivery, the accountable owner confirms whether the promised result arrived, recorded where the next investment decision can read it. Meetings that exist only to move information disappear; the ones that remain are where decisions get made.
